Too often, PBMs shroud their operations and policies to mask financial and clinical decisions that might not be in the best interest of clients and their members. MedMetrics Health Partners is radically different. We operate using a 100 percent pass-through financial model and provide complete financial, operational, and clinical transparency. In our view, transparency isn’t the end – it’s the means to an end. True transparency is a vehicle to achieve numerous benefits, including clinical excellence, financial stability, greater affordability, and operational efficiency.

Financial Transparency
We disclose all manufacturer rebates, provide full pass-through pharmacy pricing, and report to you all revenue streams attributable to your prescription drug program. With MedMetrics, you know where every single dollar comes from and where it goes — just as it should be.

Operational Transparency
We provide open access to our operational processes, procedures, and decisions. We want our plan sponsors to know that we make all of our decisions with the intent of benefiting the plan sponsor, not the PBM or outside interests. All formulary and P&T Committee decisions are available for review by plan sponsors and members to validate our objective, unbiased decisions that focus on doing what is right for the plan sponsor and their members.

Similarly, our other clinical programs and services are also open to inspection to reassure our clients and their members that our decisions and processes are clinically sound and designed with their best interests in mind.
